The commission that is payable to Fine & Country to rent and manage your property will be calculated as a percentage of the rent achieved. For a quote please submit your details and a representative of Fine & Country will contact you.
All costs will be discussed and detailed within the property service agreement between the Fine & Country representative and the landlord.
Your Fine & Country representative will accompany all viewings during opening hours. We have recently extended our opening hours to maximize viewing potential.
The property services division will be responsible for managing your property and can be easily contacted through our website.
The tenant’s security deposit ranges from 5% of the total annual rent achieved to 10% of the total annual rent achieved – dependant on whether the unit is furnished or unfurnished.
The tenant will pay the rent direct to Fine & Country. Fine & Country will then account for the rent and then transfer to the account of your choice as detailed on the property services agreement.
The management team will be responsible for conducting the reports-which will be available on your on-line account.
On receipt of the tenants cleared funds, Fine & Country will endeavor to transfer the funds to your account within 3/5 working days.
Your online account system, which is available through our website, will enable you to monitor the above from your smart phone, tablet, laptop or desktop at times that are convenient for you.
